ප්‍රතිශ්‍යා ජනිත කැස්ස , වියලි හා කල් ගතවූ කැස්ස, ඇදුම, උගුර බැරැන්ඩිය හා ශ්වසන අපහසුතාවය ආදී රෝග සඳහා ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ ලෙස ගුණ දෙන ආයුර්වේදයේ ඖෂධ පැලැටි 6 ක ජලීය සාරය හා තල් සුකිරි අඩංගු දීගායු නිදෝෂා කැස්ස පැණිය භාවිතාවෙන් ඉහත සඳහන් සියලු රෝග තත්වයන් වහා සමනය කර ගත හැක. එක්වරම එක්වරම බටහිර රසායනික ඖෂධ භාවිතයට පෙර දීගායු නිදොෂා කැස්ස පැණිය භාවිතා කර එ මගින් එම රෝග තත්වය සුව කර ගැනීම මගින් රසායනික ඖෂධ මගින් ශරීරයට සිදු කරන හානිය වලකා ගත හැක.

Deegayu Nidosha Cough Syrup has been formulated using 07 Ayurveda botanical ingredients which are with proven therapeutic properties in relieving coughs created due to colds, allergies, catarrh, asthma and other unknown causes. Basically coughs are classified in to two categories such as dry and wet coughs.The cough can be described as the protective mechanism to clear the airway or the sudden sharp sound generated while expelling air from the lungs while clearing the airway . There can be many causes for generating a condition of cough in a person and those are known to be

1).Postnasal drip:

Either a dry or wet cough caused by mucus dripping down the throat due to either allergies or a cold.

2). Asthma - ඇදුම

A dry cough that ends with a rattle or wheeze in people with asthma having inflamed airways, which can cause difficulty in breathing resulting wheezing and coughing.

ඇදුම රෝගය හේතුවෙන් පෙනහළු තුල සිදුවන ශ්වසන මාර්ග අවහිරතාවයන් හේතුවෙන් හටගන්නා වියලි කැස්ස.

3). GERD

A dry, spasmodic cough due to gastro esophageal reflux disease,( GERD) caused when acid from your stomach backs up into your esophagus. It’s actually the second most common cause of chronic cough, causing about 40% of cases, according to a 2006 review published in Nature.

4). COPD

A chronic, hacking cough that produces a lot of mucus, particularly in the morning, named as COPD, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, includes both chronic bronchitis and emphysema; the main cause of this cough is smoking.

අධික දුම් පානය හේතුවෙන් හටගන්නා ඉතා දරුණු හා අධික ලෙස සෙම ජනිත කරනු ලබන කැස්ස.

5). Medications related cough

A dry cough due to the intake of group of drugs known as ACE inhibitors which are commonly prescribed to treat high blood pressure can cause cough in about 20% of patients.

6). Pneumonia

Initially a dry cough which after a few days turns to a wet cough with yellow, green, and/or red or rust-tinged mucus.

7). Whooping cough (pertussis)

Deegayu Nidosha Cough Syrup consists of standardized water extracts of the following Ayurveda botanical ingredients developed based on a proven formula which has been practiced for years as an effective remedy for treating dry and wet coughs.

1). Kantakaree - Katuwelbatu - Solanum xanthocarpum - කටුවැල්බටු

2). Ardraka - Ginger - Zingibar officinale - ඉඟුරු

3). Yashti madhu - Liquorice - Glyrrhiza glabra - වැල්මී

4). Vasaka - Adathoda - Adathoda vasica - පාවට්ටා

5).Bruhathi - Elabatu - Solanum indicum - එළබටු

6). Kapparawalliya - Country borage - Plectranthus amboinicus - කප්පරවල්ලිය

7). Thal Sukiri - Palmyrrah Sugar - Borassus flabellifer - තල් සුකිරි

How to use:

From 5 ml. - 15 ml. at a time depending on the age of the person , three times a day after meals is recommended. In severe conditions, the dosage can be regulated to use more than three times a day.
